A History Built on Quality
Founded in February 2014 by two partners, each with more than 20 years of experience in the oil & gas and power sectors, Cooters began as a pioneer in energized power line and network services (live-line work). We have since expanded into the design, construction, and maintenance of electrical substations, control centers, power generation units, and industrial facilities. Our headquarters are in Quito, with branch offices in Lago Agrio and Machala, supported by our own fleet, specialized tooling, and a permanently stocked warehouse.
